As a leader of the Senior Medical Associates team for nearly 9 years, Dave Tweedy is one of the most dynamic healthcare executives. Compassionate and easy to talk with, Tweedy delivers results in operations, business development, and program implementation. Tweedy earned his PhD in Psychology from US International University, Executive Master’s in Health Administration (USC), as well as a Clinical Psychologist license and Executive Coach Certificate. Tweedy has been coaching and mentoring senior executives, staff, entrepreneurs, corporations, and individuals for 20+ years, with a focus in hospital managers, directors and executives.

Uniquely positioned as a Sr. VP/Business Development with expertise in leadership assessment and emotional intelligence, he prepares and facilitates team building exercises and group productivity strategies to maximize workplace success. He was previously elected by the Carlsbad, Vista and Oceanside (CA) communities to the Board of Directors at the Tri-City Medical Center, and served as Chair of TCMC Foundation Board of Trustees for two terms. As President of the Carlsbad Rotary Club, Dave regularly works with dozens of San Diego County’s business and thought leaders, all sharing the philosophy of Service Above Self.

Dr. Aboo Nasar, MD, MPH, MBA

Aboo Nasar MD, MPH, MBA is a Fellowship trained Geriatrician from UCSD and Internal Medicine physician who has been practicing in San Diego County for over 17 years, and over 23 years in total. He started a multi specialty group in Dallas and later moved to San Diego to pursue a Fellowship in Geriatrics in 2005 at the prestigious UCSD. Having additional board Certifications in Holistic and Anti Aging Functional Regenerative Medicine through American Academy of Anti Aging Medicine, he also obtained Fellowship Training in Stem cells.

Dr. Nasar's ultimate passion in Holistic and Integrative Medicine has been the driver behind the Integrative Medicine Clinics. He successfully manages four Integrative Medical Spas. His group manages In patient Psych Unit at Palomar Hospital and 30+MHS Community funded Mental Health Service clinics. He has nurtured great interest in Brain Health and memory and setting up protocols to optimize Brain Health. He has mastered the art and technique of improving his clients' health and motivating them to put diet and lifestyle practices above pharmacotherapy. He is a prolific speaker and has delivered lectures in Integrative Holistic Medicine in National and International Health forums as key note speaker. His variegated interest in multiple health disciplines has got him interested in promoting Urgent care/Primary Care Centers all throughout the San Diego County.

Dr. Nasar has served on Hospital Boards, ACO, and San Diego Independent ACO. He also served as Medical Director at multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Hospice Palliative CareServices. He Co-Founded a Multi specialty group called Senior Medical Associates which serves entire San Diego County. He has been quite instrumental in changing the landscape of Long Term Care in San Diego County in addition to actively managing his own practice. Dr. Nasar's background in health care and particularly Long Term Care as a professional and a business leader, has opened his mind and broadened his vision and medical direction of health care entities, particularly Senior Living facilities.
